I just got a notification that my prescription was almost up for my contacts and I forgot to write a review for Hermitage Eye Care. Nearly a year ago, I was visiting Nashville for a conference for work. I somehow forgot my contacts + glasses and had 4 more days in Nashville. Hermitage was able to get me in before 9am so that I could make my activities. They were BEYOND helpful in giving me lens' for the rest of my trip. They made sure my insurance would cover it & reassured me I wasn't crazy. The team was amazing. I would recommend to anyone that needs a new eye doctor. I hope the team sees this and laughs if they remember. It's still one of the stories my vendors + produce team talk about.

They got my mom in for a same day appointment and they were very thorough in addressing her pain. They asked great questions, requested records and were so friendly in our interactions.

I was a previous patient of Dr. Hammond, I absolutely loved him. I now am a patient of Dr. Ditto. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. What an amazing experience, nothing but great things to say. I would definitely give this office 10 STARS. Cassey is wonderful too, makes sure your 100% satisfied with such a caring heart..
