Every detail of my experience at Hermitage Eye Care is smooth, comfortable and professionally executed. The staff is welcoming, supportive and knowledgeable. It’s a very good experience overall, really. Comfortable is the most prominent word that comes to mind.

Took my 10 year old son in for his first official eye exam. He is very anxious with doctors and strangers. They were so great with him. They walked him through every thing they would be doing and explaining the reason for each test. They allowed him to ask as many questions as he needed to feel comfortable. We didn’t feel rushed or like an inconvenience at all. This was the best experience I could have hoped for him. Thanks for being so kind and patient.

I just got a notification that my prescription was almost up for my contacts and I forgot to write a review for Hermitage Eye Care. Nearly a year ago, I was visiting Nashville for a conference for work. I somehow forgot my contacts + glasses and had 4 more days in Nashville. Hermitage was able to get me in before 9am so that I could make my activities. They were BEYOND helpful in giving me lens' for the rest of my trip. They made sure my insurance would cover it & reassured me I wasn't crazy. The team was amazing. I would recommend to anyone that needs a new eye doctor. I hope the team sees this and laughs if they remember. It's still one of the stories my vendors + produce team talk about.
